So I'm finally here!..at the place that's given me both nightmares and fairy-tale like dreams for the past couple of days/months/years: LUMS.Was it all that i had dreamed it would be?Sorry to make it sound so anti-climax and pessimisstic (which is what i do best), but the answer to that question honestly is a big YES and an equally big NO!Let me explain: no actually i won't, because then the purpose of this blog would become quite obscure.I'll leave that at that.
At the moment, I've quite surprisingly cut my finger with a pair of scissors, which is something I've NEVER done back home, so now i totally agree with those who told me that university comes with all sorts of experiences, to say the least :)My little world here is seeing many different colours, and seeing all those old ones in a different light.Initially, it was red,red and red.No i wasn't pissed, everything here happens to be in red brick.Yday, it was a shade of dirty brown, spotted on a small mouse crawling down my corridor.According to the grapevine,if i had been in my room just a little while before that, i would have had the honour of observing it for longer.
Before i related these and other exciting events from my new-found life in excessive details, i'm off:)
